Bred in Minnesota, our cold-hardy chickens have been selected for real-world performance in a northern climate. These lines have been bred where we get it all: subzero winters, hot and humid summers, and dramatic seasonal swings. The birds in our breeding program have been selected under the same conditions they’ll be expected to thrive in.
